The staff was extremely friendly. The location was particularly good in a very nice area.- The hotel is just next door to a restaurant and breakfast.- The hotel is relatively near Cleish Village Hall.- Enjoyed carbonated drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.Rewritten: The hotel 

The rooms here are newly renovated and have a modern touch, plus the bathrooms are nice and tidy. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, they really know what they're doing and never make you feel 

Friendly and helpful staff makes you feel right at home. The breakfast is top-notch, served with delicious local coffee and beautifully arranged dishes. 🌟

The room featured a wonderfully comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, and convenient amenities such as a work desk and coffee/tea makers.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The place was fairly clean with an amazingly great and really kind staff. I was upgraded to a big room with comfy beds. I greatly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was fantastic and delicious. 

The staff here are incredibly attentive and the breakfasts are delicious, especially the poached eggs which are the best I've ever had - I stay at this place every time I'm in the area.

The location by the Loch was convenient, and being close to a bar/restaurant, Perth, and Pitlochry was a plus.

I greatly enjoyed this quiet little and absolutely brilliant place. My room included a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and TV.- The accommodation had a very central location.I had a wonderful time staying at Kirklands Hotel in Kinross. It was a peaceful and lovely place to be. 

The location here is perfect, just a short distance from everywhere we wanted to go, and the food selection was excellent.

The staff was friendly, the location was great, and we enjoyed ordering special dishes at the restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was quite comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. It's a delightful and chic hotel located in a lovely area, just a short walk to pubs, restaurants, and the Loch. The staff were welcoming 

Convenient location and helpful staff! My room was really nice and had everything I needed. It's close to all the touristy stuff and there's even a cool medieval castle nearby. 🏰

The location was unbeatable, next to Kinross Parish Church.
